Terms & Conditions

1. Description of Service

pageconvertpage is a digital online tool for the automated transformation of website content. It is a purely digital service; no purchase contract for physical goods is concluded. No specific result is owed. The quality of the automated transformation depends on the structure of the respective source page.

2. Use of Service & Responsibility

Use of the service is at your own responsibility. You are responsible for ensuring that you hold all rights to the content you process.

3. Misuse of Service

We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently exclude users in cases of abusive, unlawful, or excessive use. Misuse includes, in particular, using the tool to infringe copyrights, perform automated mass requests, or disrupt operations. We also reserve the right to implement technical and organisational measures to ensure stable operation (e.g. automatic load limitations in cases of unusually high usage). These measures apply exclusively to abusive or disproportionate use and do not restrict regular usage.

4. Availability

We strive to provide stable availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or error‑free operation.

5. Liability

We are liable only for intent and gross negligence. Liability for data loss, consequential damages, or loss of profit is excluded.

6. Withdrawal & Refunds

As this is a digital service that is executed immediately after you actively submit a page via the WordPress plugin, there is no right of withdrawal once a page has been submitted. By submitting the first page, you expressly agree that the service will be executed before the end of the withdrawal period and that the right of withdrawal expires in accordance with § 356 (5) BGB.

7. Prices & Payment

The prices and conditions stated on the website apply.

8. Data Protection

Processed content is used solely for technical execution and is not stored permanently. Content is automatically deleted after completion of the process. Further information can be found in the Privacy Policy.

9. Place of Jurisdiction

For business customers, the place of jurisdiction is the registered office of our company. For consumers, the statutory place of jurisdiction at the consumer’s residence applies.

10. Exclusion of CISG

German law applies exclusively. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply.

11. Severability Clause

Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by the statutory provision that most closely reflects the economic purpose of the invalid clause.
